Right...i get rear ended by some retarded angry astra driver yet I also receive a notice of intended prosecution?! what the actual fuck!

No idea :( tried the police station, and the department that deals with it is closed till Monday :/ i've asked if the officer that was dealing with it can call me tomorrow. weird, cos when I called the other day they told me that the lady admitted liability
